Q: What is the difference between standard pile and plush pile?

• Standard Pile carpet is similar to the majority of OEM factory mats used     by many car manufacturers and is most suitable for average every day use.

• Plush Pile carpet is thicker and more durable and is recommended for a car with higher than average everyday use, or for your more upmarket vehicle that deserves a more luxurious floor mat.

Q: Do your mats come with floor fittings?

A: Yes, our mats will exactly match your existing floor fittings. Our mats also come standard with a durable granulated non-slip backing that will keep your mat from sliding around and will protect the carpet underneath from wear.

Q: How quickly can I expect delivery of my floor mats?

A: Floor mats will be made to order within 5 working days of payment.

Delivery within Australia is approximately 3-7 working days, depending on Australia Post or our courier service lead times to different areas within Australia.

Q: Why do you ask additional questions in the product checkout pages like "Manufacture Year", "Body Type", "Automatic/Manual" etc?

A: There are so many variations with car mats and the shapes often change across different manufacture years and body types, so we ask those questions to ensure you get the correct fitting mat for your specific vehicle.
